The apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days as comfortable as possible (towels, bed linen, appliances, 50-inch TV, washing machine, gel, laundry detergent etc). It has a space for guests who want to work from the apartment with 300 Mb Wi-Fi. It is 5 minutes walk from all services, beaches, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies etc.. El Medano is an excellent town for windsurfers, whose beach of the Cabezo is 3 minutes on foot. The property is protected by an alarm system which will be deactivated for the duration of your stay. The are 2 sensors with camera located in the living room pointing to the balcony door and another one in the corridor pointing to the main room window facing the street. The sensor is disconnected when the house is occupied. The camera is a photo camera, and it is also disconnected. In addition, each camera has a small window that can be manually lowered to cover the sensor.
